I will focus on expanding (or introducing) the concepts that I strive to educate others about. We go beyond CPR and First Aid classes. We go beyond Food Safety and Sanitation, and Alcohol Awareness. Of course, we offer certifications in all of these areas, and more. However, unlike the “card factories” that are out there, we don’t just “teach to the test”. We work hard to explain the reasoning behind the facts, giving our students a more complete picture of the process they are learning.
