Current Pricing:

• Roster Fee: $13.25/roster
• Single Certification Fee (ie: CPR or First Aid): $8.25
• Dual Certification Fee (ie: CPR+First Aid): $13.25
• Annual Affiliation Fee: $45/year
• Instructor Monitoring Fee: Varies
• Instructor Training Fee: $325/person (blended learning)

Requirements

• Attend annual update meeting (may be offered virtually)
• Maintain paperwork for three years, be prepared to provide paperwork when requested
• Enter rosters promptly, but no later than 14 days from class date
• Maintain current contact information, and respond to emails when indicated.
